Here's how to update your contact information

In the Mobile app1

For Small Business accounts, go to the In Online Banking instructions.

Log in to the Mobile app, tap Menu, then Settings.

Tap Contact Info, then:

  • Edit to update existing information, including contact priorities.
  • Delete to remove information.
  • Add to include new information.

Follow the on-screen prompts — you'll receive confirmation.

In Online Banking

Log in to Online Banking and click Profile & Settings.

Click Your contact info, then:

  • Edit to update existing information, including contact priorities.
  • Delete to remove information.
  • Add to include new information.

Follow the on-screen prompts — you'll receive confirmation.
