Lock/Unlock Debit Card
Note: Make sure your contact information is up to date before using this feature.
Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card.
- To lock your debit card, tap Lock below the card, then Lock Card on the next screen.
- To unlock your debit card, tap Unlock below the card. You may be prompted to verify your identity with an authorization code.
Set a personalized ATM/Debit Daily Limit
Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card.
Tap All card options, then select Set daily debit limits and tap Daily ATM Withdrawal Limit.
Enter the amount and tap Save.
Manage Beneficiaries
Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Settings.
Scroll down, tap Beneficiaries and select the account to view/update/remove existing beneficiaries by selecting their name, or choose Add beneficiary.
Note: If you’re adding a beneficiary, you’ll need their Social Security number or Tax Identification Number.
Follow the on-screen prompts — you’ll receive confirmation.
Order Foreign Currency
Log in to the Mobile app and choose the account you want to order from.
Scroll down and tap Foreign Currency.
Tap Order Now and follow the on-screen prompts — you’ll receive confirmation.
Note: The minimum total order amount is USD$100.
Manage Family Banking Accounts
Log in to the Mobile app and select your Family Banking account.
Scroll down to the Parental Controls section and select your child’s name.
- To set daily card limits and spending category blocks, select Debit card settings, then tap All card options to set limits and blocks.
- You can also update your child’s contact information and give your child online and mobile access.
Note: Your child must be at least 6 years old to be given online and mobile access.
Find Deposit Interest Rates
Visit the Bank Account Interest Rates page, enter your zip code and tap Go.
Select View PDF — a rate sheet will display current rates based on your location.
