How to Manage Your Deposit Account

In the Mobile app:1

You can easily manage many features of your account through Online or Mobile Banking.

 

Find Deposit Interest Rates

  1. Visit the Bank Account Interest Rates page, enter your zip code and click Go.
  2. Select View PDF, a rate sheet will populate displaying current rates based on your location and details.

Set ATM/Debit Daily Limit

  1. Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card.
  2. Choose More Options, then select Set Daily Debit Limits and tap Daily ATM withdrawal limit.
  3. Enter the amount and tap Save.

Lock/Unlock Debit Card

  1. Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card.
  2. Tap Lock/Unlock below the debit card.

    Note: Make sure your contact information is up to date before using this feature.

Manage Beneficiaries

  1. Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Settings.
  2. Scroll down, tap Beneficiaries and select the account to view/update/remove existing beneficiaries by selecting their name, or choose Add beneficiary.
  3. Follow onscreen prompts – you'll receive a confirmation of your change(s).

Order Foreign Currency

  1. Log in to the Mobile app, choose your account and scroll down to Foreign Currency.
  2. Tap Got It and follow onscreen prompts – you'll receive a confirmation of your order.

    Note: The minimum total order amount is USD$100.

  2. Select your debit card and click $ daily ATM withdrawal limit.
  3. Enter the amount and click Save.

Lock/Unlock Debit Card

  1. Log in to Online Banking, hover over Profile & Settingsand select Manage Card Settings.
  2. Locate Lock your card and toggle On/Off. Confirm the pop-up message.

    Note: Make sure your contact information is up to date before using this feature.

Manage Beneficiaries

  1. Log in to Online Banking, and select the account from Account Overview.
  2. In the Features section, select Manage next to the Beneficiaries field. From here you can add/view/update/remove beneficiaries.
  3. Follow onscreen prompts – you'll receive a confirmation of your change(s).

Order Foreign Currency

  1. Visit the Currency Calculator page, select Add a currency and provide order details, then select Start My Order.
  2. Log in, review order details and follow onscreen prompts – you'll receive a confirmation of your order.

    Note: The minimum total order amount is USD$100.
