You can easily manage many features of your account through Online or Mobile Banking.

Manage PayPlan

1. Log in to the Mobile app and select your home loan account.
2. Select Manage PayPlan, complete required fields, then tap Continue.
3. Review details and select Continue to complete. You’ll receive confirmation.

Pay your Bank of America home loan

1. Log in to the Mobile app and select Pay & Transfer.
2. Select Transfer between my accounts, complete required fields, then select Next.
3. Review details and select Transfer to complete. You’ll receive confirmation.

Find Your Escrow Analysis

1. Log in to the Mobile app and select your home loan account.
2. Scroll down and select Statements & Documents.
3. Select the time period you want to view, then Statements and Escrow Analysis.
4. Choose the PDF you want to view, download or print.

On the computer:

2. Complete required fields and select Continue/Save.
3. Review details and select Set Up PayPlan. You’ll receive confirmation.

Pay your Bank of America home loan

1. Log in to Online Banking and select the Pay & Transfer tab.
2. Select Transfer between my accounts, complete required fields, then select Next.
3. Review details and select Transfer to complete. You’ll receive confirmation.

Find Your Escrow Analysis

1. Log in to Online Banking, hover over Accounts, and select Statements & Documents.
2. Select the time period you want to view, then Statements and Escrow Analysis.
3. Choose the PDF you want to view, download or print.

Request Mortgage Payoff

1. Log in to Online Banking and select your mortgage.
2. Under the Account Services section, select Request a payoff and complete required fields.
3. Click Get quote. You’ll receive confirmation.

Request Home Equity Line of Credit Payoff/Paydown

1. Log in to Online Banking and select your home equity line of credit.
2. Under Account Services section select Request a payoff/paydown and complete required fields.
   Note:
   • A payoff will provide the amount needed to pay off and automatically close your account once the funds are received. You'll no longer have access to your line of credit.
   • A paydown will provide the amount to pay your account down to zero balance and you will continue to have access to your available funds.
3. Click Get quote. You’ll receive confirmation.
