Use your Digital Wallet
Look for merchants that accept your Digital Wallet, then shop in-store, in‑app or online using your mobile device.1
In-store, hold your phone near the reader and enter your preferred authentication method, such as face recognition or PIN.
You can also use your Digital Wallet at Bank of America cardless ATMs. Contactless merchant terminals and cardless ATMs usually display the Contactless Symbol.
In the Mobile app1
Add your card
Note: Not all cards can be added to Digital Wallets.
Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu.
Tap Manage Debit/Credit Card.
If the debit or credit card you want to add isn’t the one on the screen, tap Change and select the correct one.
Tap Digital Wallets and tap Add next to your preferred Digital Wallet.
Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the enrollment process.
Note: To add multiple cards, repeat the process for each card.
Manage (delete, lock/unlock) your virtual card
Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu.
Tap Manage Debit/Credit Card.
If the debit or credit card you want to manage isn’t the one on the screen, tap Change and select the correct one.
Tap Digital Wallets, find the wallet under Active Wallets and tap Manage.
- iOS: Slide the virtual card to the left.
- Android: Tap the bar on the right side of the virtual card.
