How to manage your credit card account

In the Mobile app:1

You can easily manage many features of your account through Mobile or Online Banking.
 

Lock/Unlock Credit Card

  1. Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card.
  2. Tap Lock/Unlock below the credit card – you’ll receive confirmation.

    Note: Make sure your contact information is up to date before using this feature. We’ll use it for authentication to unlock your card and to inform you of any transaction attempts.

Balance Transfer and/or Direct Deposit Cash Advance

View Promotional Offers and Submit Request

  1. Log in to the Mobile app, select your credit card, scroll down to the Promotional Offers section and select View Offers.
  2. Select View Offer under Balance Transfer or Direct Deposit Cash Advance and follow prompts to complete the request – you’ll receive confirmation.

    Note:
    If you don’t see Promotional Offers, you may be able to request a transfer at the standard rate from the Account Management section.

Check Status of Recent Request

  1. Log in to the Mobile app, select your credit card and scroll down to the Account Management section.
  2. Select Transfer History to view requests submitted in the past 90 days.
     

Credit Card PIN

  1. Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card.
  • To change PIN: tap More Options below the credit card, then select Change PIN, complete verification, enter your new 4-digit PIN and select Change PIN – you’ll receive confirmation.

    Note: If you don’t see this option, proceed to retrieve PIN steps below.

  • To retrieve PIN: tap More Options below the credit card, then Send PIN by U.S. Mail, confirm the address and select Mail PIN – you’ll receive confirmation.

    Note: Mailing your PIN is the only way to retrieve it.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

  1. Log in to the Mobile app, tap your account, then scroll down and select Statements & Documents.
  2. Select your statement and scroll down to the “Interest Charge Calculation” table to see your current APR, categories and charges.

    Note: If any balance category has an active promotional APR, the promo rate and expiration month will also be noted.

In Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking, hover over Profile & Settings and select Manage Card Settings.
  2. Locate Lock your card and toggle On/Off. Confirm the pop-up message.

    Note: Make sure your contact information is up to date before using this feature. We’ll use it for authentication to unlock your card and to inform you of any transaction attempts.
     

Balance Transfer and/or Direct Deposit Cash Advance

  1. Log in to Online Banking, select your credit card, then the Promotional Offers tab.

  • To retrieve PIN: select Send PIN by postal mail, confirm the address and select Mail PIN – you’ll receive confirmation.
