Lock/unlock credit card
Note: Make sure your contact information is up to date before using this feature. We'll use it for authentication to unlock your card and to let you know about any transaction attempts.
Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card. If your debit card is showing, tap Change in the top right of the screen to select your credit card.
Tap Lock/Unlock below the credit card — you'll receive confirmation.
View and accept offers for Balance Transfer and Direct Deposit Cash Advances
Log in to the Mobile app and select your credit card account.
Scroll down to the Promotional Offers section and tap View Offers.
Tap View Offer under Balance Transfer or Direct Deposit Cash Advance and follow the on-screen prompts — you'll receive confirmation.
Note: If you don't see the Promotional Offers section, you may be able to request a transfer at the standard rate from the Account Management section.
Check status of a recent request
Log in to the Mobile app and select your credit card account.
Scroll down to the Account Management section and tap Transfer History to view requests submitted in the past 90 days.
Manage credit card PIN
Log in to the Mobile app and tap Menu, then select Manage Debit/Credit Card.
- To change your PIN: tap Change PIN below your credit card — if your debit card is showing, tap Change in the top right of the screen and select your credit card.
Complete the verification, enter your new 4-digit PIN and tap Change PIN — you'll receive confirmation.
Note: If you don't see this option, you'll need to receive your PIN by mail. - To receive your PIN by mail: tap All Card Options below your credit card — if your debit card is showing, tap Change in the top right of the screen and select your credit card.
Tap Send PIN by U.S. Mail, confirm your address and tap Mail PIN — you'll receive confirmation.
View Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
Log in to the Mobile app and select your credit card account.
Scroll down to the Account Management section and tap Statements & Documents.
Select your most recent statement and scroll down to the Interest Charge Calculation section to see your current APR, categories and charges.
Note: If any balance category has an active promotional APR, the promo rate and expiration month will also be noted.
