How to Redeem Rewards

In the Mobile app:¹

Log in to the Mobile app and from the Accounts page, select the credit card account.
Tap View/Redeem, then complete the redemption – you'll receive confirmation.

Note: Not all Rewards Cards or redemption options are available in the Mobile app². Log in to Online Banking to access the full range of options.

In Online Banking:

Log in to Online Banking and select the Rewards credit card from Account Overview.
Select the Rewards tab then the Redeem button.
Choose your redemption option then follow onscreen prompts to complete your redemption – you'll receive confirmation.

Note: For redemption values and details, select Program Rules at the bottom of the page.
