Here's how to manage your credit card rewards

Redeem rewards

Note: For some rewards programs, not all redemption options are available in the Mobile app.² Log in to Online Banking to access all your options.

1.

Log in to the Mobile app and select your credit card.

2.

Scroll to the Rewards section and tap View/Redeem.

3.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your redemption — you'll receive confirmation.

Track rewards activity

1.

Log in to the Mobile app and select your credit card.

2.

Scroll to the Rewards section and tap View/Redeem.

3.

Select the Activity tab for a transaction-level view of rewards you've earned and redeemed.

In Online Banking

Redeem rewards

1.

Log in to Online Banking and select your credit card.

2.

Select the Rewards tab, then click the Redeem button.

3.

Choose your redemption option, then follow the on-screen prompts to complete your redemption — you'll receive confirmation.

Track rewards activity

Log in to Online Banking and select your credit card.

2.

Select the Rewards tab.

3.

Scroll for a transaction-level view of rewards you've earned and redeemed.
