- Log in to the Mobile app, tap Menu, scroll down to Help and Support and select Contact Us.
- Type “schedule an appointment”, tap the red arrow, then Let’s go.
- Choose a topic, select Next and enter appointment details.
- Confirm contact information and select Done. Review and click Make Appointment – you’ll receive confirmation.

In Online Banking:
- Go to bankofamerica.com and select Schedule an Appointment on the left side of the page.
- Follow onscreen prompts to choose appointment details and select Next.
- Select Log in to pre‑fill your information or Continue without logging in.
- Enter the requested information, review and select Make an appointment – you'll receive confirmation.
