Here's how to set up an appointment

In the Mobile app1

Log in to the Mobile app, and tap on the search bar.

Type "appointment to service my account" or "appointment to open a new account."

Tap Let’s go or follow the on-screen prompts to choose scheduling options.

Confirm your contact information and choose if you want to receive text reminders.

Review and verify your appointment details — you'll receive confirmation.

In Online Banking

Go to bankofamerica.com and click Schedule an Appointment on the left side of the page.

Follow the on-screen prompts and click Next.

Click Sign in to have some of your information prefilled or Continue without signing in.

Enter the requested information, review and click Schedule Appointment — you'll receive confirmation.
