Manage your paperless settings

Stop receiving paper statements in the mail. Instead, you can securely view, download or print your statements anytime.

1. Log in to the Mobile app and click on Menu.
2. Select Go Paperless then Bank of America.
3. Choose Online Only for the account(s) you’d like to be paperless and select Save.

Viewing statements & documents

1. Log in to the Mobile app and click on Menu, then Statements and Documents.
2. Using the drop downs, choose an account and year.²
3. Select the PDF you wish to view, download or print from available options.³

In Online Banking:

1. Log in to Online Banking, hover over Profile & Settings at the top of the page and select Paperless settings.
2. Choose Online Only for the account(s) you’d like to be paperless and select Save Changes.

Viewing statements & documents

1. Log in to Online Banking, select Accounts, then Statements & Documents.
2. Using the drop downs, choose an account and year.²
3. Select the PDF you wish to view, download or print from available options.³

For business accounts only:

Viewing your business credit card transaction reports

1. Log in to Online Banking and select your business credit card CORP account from the main Accounts page.
2. Click the Download link on the Activity tab.
3. Select All accounts for this company from the Select an account dropdown.
   Note: This option is only available to account owners/guarantors.
4. Complete the Custom date range fields, select the file type and click Download transactions.
