Here’s how to set up and manage alerts

In the Mobile app1

Set Up Alerts

Log in to the Mobile app and tap the Inbox icon at the top.

Note: If you have multiple linked accounts, select Bank of America.

Select Quick Setup to automatically enroll in essential alerts. You may see a permission box to allow notifications, select OK — you’ll receive confirmation.

Note: You can select Custom Setup to review each alert individually.

Manage Alerts

Log in to the Mobile app and tap the Inbox icon at the top.

Note: If you have multiple linked accounts, select Bank of America.

Select Manage Alert settings then choose a category. You can customize by selecting the on/off toggle next to each alert.

In Online Banking

Manage Alerts

Log in to Online Banking, select Profile & Settings in the top right, then select Alerts.2

Under View Alerts for, select an account or any other category. You can set up customized alerts for all your accounts.

Turn on alerts by selecting the on/off toggle next to each to customize the ones you want to receive.

Note: To ensure you receive your alerts, review your contact information under Send alerts to on the left-hand side of the page.
