Here's how to set up an appointment

In the Mobile app1

Log in to the Mobile app, and tap on the Erica icon.

Type "appointment" and give Erica your appointment topic.

Select one of the available appointments near you, or find an appointment by location, date and time.

Choose if you want to receive text reminders and confirm your contact information.

Review your appointment details and tap Confirm Appointment — you'll receive confirmation.

In Online Banking

Follow the on-screen prompts and click Next.

Click Sign in to have some of your information prefilled or Continue without signing in.

Enter the requested information, review and click Schedule Appointment — you'll receive confirmation.
