You’ll know exactly what you have on hand for items tracked. As items are sold or returned, the system will track the quantity accordingly. Adjustments to total quantity can also be made manually at any time to suit your individual needs. Inventory management with the Essentials Solution gives you the ability to do the following:

• Support up to 50,000 inventory items. (Upload is limited to 999 items at a time.)
• Track and manage vendors.
• Manage items by department and categories.
• Track inventory (quantity on hand and cost).
• Support item variations.
• Create modifier groups (with an option to charge).

You’ll be able to set up (1) item-level discounts, (2) ticket-level discount, (3) promotions.

• Item-level discount: You can only assign one item-level discount to an item. On a receipt for a sale that includes discounts, each item-level discount displays directly below the corresponding item.
• Ticket-level discount: You can only assign one ticket-level discount to a ticket. On a receipt for a sale that includes discounts, the applicable ticket-level discount displays above the subtotal amount.
• Promotions: Special offers are designed to promote specific products and/or generate sales. For example, buy one get one free, buy three for the price of two or buy 10 items and get each at $1 off.
