Zelle® should only be used to send money to friends, family or others you trust. We recommend that you do not use Zelle® to send money to those you do not know. Transfers require enrollment in the service with a Zelle® eligible U.S. checking or savings account. Bank of America transfers must be made from an eligible consumer or business deposit account. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes and Bank of America does not charge a transfer fee. We will send you an email alert with transaction details after you send money using Zelle®. Dollar and frequency limits apply. See the Online Banking Service Agreement for further details. Data connection required. Message and data rates may apply. Neither Bank of America nor Zelle® offers purchase protection for payments made with Zelle®. Please treat Zelle® payments like cash, once you send the money, you are unlikely to get it back — for example, you do not receive the item you paid for using Zelle® or the item received is not as described. Access to Dun & Bradstreet business credit score information in Business Advantage 360, our online banking platform designed for business, is solely for educational purposes and available only to U.S.-based Bank of America, N.A. Business clients with an open and active eligible Business account, who have Dun & Bradstreet business credit scores and have properly enrolled to access this information through Business Advantage 360. Dun & Bradstreet's business credit scores (also known as "The D&B® Delinquency Predictor Score” and “The D&B® Small Business Financial Exchange (SBFE) Score") are based on data from Dun & Bradstreet and may be different from other business credit scores. Bank of America and other lenders may use other credit scores and additional information to make credit decisions.

The Account Management service allows you to establish individual account access levels (including customized access to Bill Pay and Payments and Invoicing) in online banking. You must be enrolled in Business Advantage 360, our online banking platform designed for business, and have an open Bank of America Business Advantage deposit account to be enrolled in Account Management. Fees may apply for additional services. See the Business Schedule of Fees available at https://www.bankofamerica.com/smallbusiness/deposits/resources/fees-at-a-glance/ for details. Account Management requires internet access and internet service provider fees may apply.

*Note: The Account management feature applies only to sub-user management, i.e., the adding, editing and deleting sub-users, and the sub-users' entitlements.

Mobile check deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. Other restrictions apply. In the Mobile Banking app menu, select Menu > Help > Browse More Topics > Mobile Check Deposit for details and other terms and conditions. Message and data rates may apply.

After an initial 30-day trial period, a monthly service fee of $15 will be assessed for the Remote Deposit Online service. Remote Deposit Online is subject to approval and availability in your area. To avoid a monthly service fee of $15, clients must contact the Remote Deposit Online Helpdesk at 1.877.270.1242 within the 30-day trial period to cancel.

You must be enrolled in Business Advantage 360, our online banking platform designed for business, to use the Remote Deposit Online service and have an open eligible Bank of America Business checking account to apply and be approved for enrollment in Remote Deposit Online, and fees will be billed to that account. In addition to the RDO monthly service fee, other bank fees associated with your checking account and/or for additional services may apply. See the Business Schedule of Fees available at www.bankofamerica.com/Business_Schedule_Of_Fees for details. Please also refer to the Deposit Agreement and Disclosures for additional information.

Remote Deposit Online is subject to a two-year contractual commitment with a $250 Early Termination Fee if canceled by you or Bank of America (including, for example, for more than 12 consecutive months of inactivity) after the initial 30-day trial and prior to expiration of the two-year agreement period. Upon expiration of the two-year commitment, the RDO Service and Agreement, including any fees, will continue without an Early Termination Fee until Service is terminated by you or Bank of America. A $250 Late Return Fee will be applied if the scanner is not returned within 30 days of termination.

Clients that unenroll or are terminated by the bank will need to wait 90 days before they are eligible for re-enrollment. Clients must still meet the eligibility requirements.

Internet access may be required. Internet service provider fees may apply.

You may only transmit checks using the service from a Bank-approved capture device that is located within the United States.

A Bank of America business checking account is required to apply for a Merchant Services account. You must be enrolled in Business Advantage 360, our business banking online platform, to have a Merchant Services account from Bank of America. Merchant Services processing funds must be settled into a Bank of America business checking account.
