Pay and get paid quickly. In the Mobile Banking app, look for the purple Z next to your contacts to see who's using Zelle® — no matter where they bank.
Get started
Open the Bank of America® Mobile Banking app. Sign in and tap Pay & Transfer, then Zelle® and Request. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Use Zelle® QR codes in our app
To receive money:
- Tap Pay & Transfer on the bottom menu, then Zelle® and then Request.
- Tap the QR code icon next to the search bar to open your QR code.
- Have the person paying you scan your QR code within their mobile banking app.2
Receive money
Get set up so you’re ready to receive money with Zelle®. All you need to do is enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address, and the money sent to you from an eligible person1 will be sent directly to your Bank of America account. You’ll receive the money typically in minutes1 and be set up to receive future payments.
- Sign in and tap Pay & Transfer, then Zelle®. Then tap Settings and follow the instructions.
- Check your text messages or email for a one-time code, so we can confirm your business account.
- You’re all set!
Next time someone sends you money with Zelle®, it will be available in your account within minutes.1
Send money
Need to pay a vendor or supplier?1 Simple.
- Tap Pay & Transfer, then Zelle® and then tap Pay.
- Select or add your recipient.1
- Enter the amount and select your funding account.
- Include an optional note and tap “Send Money.”
As a small business client, you may be able to send up to $15,000 per day with Zelle®.
