  • Earning rewards for recurring bills that the company already pays, if you have a rewards credit card
  • Making your payment process easier by reducing the number of checks that you write
  • Making a single payment to your credit card to simplify your accounting

You can leverage the features of Online Banking and Mobile Banking to:

  • Set up alerts to be immediately notified of potential fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Manage company spending by setting alerts to notify you when large transactions occur or when the balance is approaching the corporate credit limit.
  • Receive alerts when payment is due and when payment has posted

To add an eligible card to your compatible device from the Bank of America® Mobile Banking app, activate your card if required and then:

  • Log in to the app
  • Tap the Menu option in the navigation bar
  • Tap Manage Debit/Credit Card
  • On your desired card, tap Digital Wallets
  • In the Add to Wallet section, select Add on the Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay or Google Pay option.
