A team approach to helping homebuyers

When you work with Bank of America, you can count on a one-on-one relationship with a knowledgeable lending specialist who can offer customized training for your team and provide the latest industry news and home buying information. Together, we can offer guidance and resources to move your clients forward.

Enjoy the benefits of a Network Agreement

This non-paid agreement offers a variety of ways for us to work together. Your company could:

  • Display Bank of America signage and marketing materials in your offices and at homes for sale.
  • Add a link to your website so your clients can connect to your dedicated Bank of America lending specialist as well as have access to articles, mortgage calculators and more.
  • Take advantage of our team of new construction specialists, including help with condo approvals.
  • Participate in customized Bank of America mortgage presentations for you and your team.

Help clients get prequalified or preapproved

Your lending specialist can help your clients with prequalification1 or preapproval2 so you have a better idea of their home purchase price range.

  • Because prequalification is just an estimate, homebuyers can get an answer in minutes.
  • Preapproval can get clients as close as possible to confirming their creditworthiness without having a purchase contract in place. They complete a mortgage application, and the information they provide is verified. If preapproved, they’ll receive a preapproval letter, which is an offer (but not a commitment) to lend a specific amount, good for 90 days.

Access specialized help for builders

This formal, non-paid agreement offers a variety of ways for us to work together and connect your homebuyers directly to a lending specialist.

  • Dedicated lending specialists. Lending specialists will work closely with your homebuyers and connect them to the resources and loan options they need to buy with confidence.
  • Access to appraisal professionals. We work with high-quality professional appraisers who are experienced in new construction appraisals.
  • Access to data. Our National Builder Division works with several data providers to bring you up-to-date local market trends and insights.
  • A PRO team. Our Project Review Office (PRO) helps make condo approvals easier.
  • Customized training. Your dedicated lending specialists can provide information sessions to help boost your team's knowledge of the industry, consumer trends, loan programs and more.
