Our grants can make buying a home more affordable. If any of your listings qualify, you can let potential buyers know about the benefits that may be available. Simply search for your listings on the Bank of America Real Estate Center and look for the icons that show eligibility for the programs below.

By combining these programs, your clients could get up to $17,500 in down payment grants and closing cost help in select markets.1 2 3 4

America’s Home Grant®1

Lender credit up to $7,5001

America's Home Grant offers a lender credit of up to $7,500 that can be used toward nonrecurring closing costs, like title insurance and recording fees, or to permanently buy down the interest rate. Real estate commissions or miscellaneous real estate agent fees are excluded. The grant is available in select markets, and the funds do not require repayment.1

Low down payment mortgage options3 4 + Homebuyer Grants

Requires a minimum 3% down payment and can be combined with the following homebuyer grants:

  • America's Home Grant covers up to $7,500 in eligible nonrecurring closing costs.1
  • Down Payment Grant pays up to $10,000 toward the down payment or 3% of the purchase price, whichever is less. First-time homebuyers only (no homeownership in the past three years) and restrictions apply.2
  • Grant funds do not require repayment.
