Christine Sheffield, founder and owner of Platinum Container, was faced with huge obstacles when the labor force was interrupted by the pandemic, causing supply chain issues. She was able to secure a PPP loan, and she adapted to paper shortages by repurposing existing inventory as packaging for mask makers. Through resiliency and creativity, she expanded her business into niche markets and is continuing to do so going forward.
