Earn bonuses totaling $300 to $600 for your small business¹

This bonus offer is available with a new eligible Business Advantage Banking account² and eligible small business credit card³ from Bank of America with qualifying activities.¹

Subject to eligibility requirements and completion of qualified activities, participants can earn a $300 Business Advantage Banking account bonus, AND a $300 Credit Card Statement Credit, for a maximum total bonus not to exceed $600. Requirements to Receive a Business Advantage Banking Cash Bonus of $300

To earn the $300 bonus:

Open a new Business Advantage Relationship Banking or Business Advantage Fundamentals™ Banking account by December 31, 2025; AND
Deposit $3,000 or more in New Money* directly into a new eligible Bank of America Business Advantage Banking account within thirty (30) days of account opening; AND
Maintain an average balance of $3,000 during the Maintenance Period** in that new Business Advantage Banking account.

*New Money is new funds deposited into your Business Advantage Banking account that are not transfers from other Bank of America accounts or Merrill investment accounts. A transfer done via ATM, online or teller, or a transfer from a Bank of America deposit account or brokerage account, such as a Merrill account, is not considered new money. A cash withdrawal from an existing Bank of America account and deposited into the new Business Advantage Banking account is not considered new money.

**The Maintenance Period begins thirty-one (31) calendar days after account opening and ends ninety (90) calendar days after account opening.

Requirements to Qualify for the $300 Credit Card Statement Credit:

To earn a $300 Credit Card Statement Credit:

Apply for a new eligible small business credit card account (such as the Business Advantage Customized Cash Rewards credit card or the Business Advantage Unlimited Cash Rewards credit card) by December 31, 2025; AND
Make at least $3,000 in New Net Purchases*** with your card that post to your account within the first ninety (90) days from the small business credit card account opening.

***New Net Purchases exclude any Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, fees, returns and adjustments. This one-time promotion is limited to customers opening a new account in response to this offer and will not apply to requests to convert existing accounts. Your account must be open with active charging privileges in order to receive this offer. Other advertised promotional offers can vary from this promotion and may not be substituted. The statement credit will be applied to the company’s business card account. One $300 statement credit allowed per company. Once you qualify, you will receive your statement credit within your next 1 to 2 billing cycles. Receipt of a statement credit does not affect your responsibility to pay your Minimum Payment Due shown on each statement you receive from us.
