On February 10, 2026, the ticket window will open at 12 p.m. ET. Around that time, if we have your email address, you will be sent an email from Bank of America with a unique link with access to the FIFA ticket portal associated with this promotion. You may also see the unique link when logging into Bank of America Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app. Receipt of this unique link does not guarantee that there will be ticket inventory available when you access the FIFA ticket portal using the link, since tickets will only be available on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last. Supplies are limited.

The FIFA ticket portal accessed using the unique link allows for the purchase of up to 2 tickets, subject to availability, and so long as you have not already otherwise reached FIFA’s maximum ticket purchase limit for the tournament (4 tickets for up to 10 matches) using your FIFA ID.

At the time the ticket window opens on 2/10/2026, there will be thousands of tickets available for select matches from the group stages through to the final match. However, supplies are limited, tickets are not guaranteed to be available for each match, and they will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Supplies are limited.

Yes, subject to availability. You will be able to choose from select matches across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. It is the responsibility of each ticket holder to ensure they have the necessary travel documents (including any required visas) to enter the country where the match is being held. Neither Visa nor Bank of America is responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions.

FIFA requires all individuals purchasing tickets to have a FIFA ID. You can register for a FIFA ID anytime in advance by visiting here. Be sure to remember your FIFA ID login when the time comes to make a purchase.

Yes. The link will expire if a ticket purchase has not been made by February 24, 2026. This link will not be available after a ticket purchase. Sharing the code will void future use.

You can use the unique link to access the FIFA ticket portal to look at available tickets for purchase. Tickets can be purchased on the FIFA ticket portal via the link received. This link will be available for use from the time you receive the link until you make a ticket purchase, or when the link expires, whichever happens first. Sharing the code will void future use.

In some cases, an application may not be approved, and an account opened and established, within the time period needed to grant access to the ticket offer promotion. If your account is not open and established with charging privileges by February 5, 2026, then we are unable to include you in the opportunity to purchase tickets.
